About Us
Avid travelers and adventure junkies! Cameron and Talia joined the real estate game in 2020 when they bought their first fixer upper (it was a hoarder’s house) in the beautiful mountain town of Big Bear Lake, California. After several months of remodeling the house from the ground up (while caring for a rambunctious 6-month old son), they turned the house into their first short term rental. At the time, Talia, whose background was in corporate marketing and Public Relations, starting doing consultant work and was managing several of their real estate investor friend’s rentals who didn’t have the time to manage them.
Fast forward several years and a lot of organic growth; Elevation Marketing Management was born and both Cameron and Talia fully invested into going full-time in the property management business with 50+ properties that they are managing. Cameron and Talia based in Las Vegas but are always working on their next house remodel and have several of their own short term rentals in California and Minnesota and love being able to partner with other likeminded homeowners with a zeal for real estate investing. Born and raised in Minnesota, both Cameron and Talia live in Las Vegas and have two wildly adventurous young boys, Lincoln and Hayden.
